Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These are the practical terms of buying from 3D Sports Displays. This is a plain-language, first-draft business policy, not formal legal advice.
Made to order
Every display is made to order and 3D printed after you place your order — nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Products are printed primarily in PLA, in final filament colors, and some products require hand assembly.
Your configuration & approval
When you build a display, you choose the names, numbers, colors, and other details yourself. At checkout, you're shown a summary of your configuration and asked to check a box and enter your initials confirming you've reviewed it. Placing a paid order is your approval of that exact configuration — please review it carefully, since it's what goes into production. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy for what happens if something was entered incorrectly.
Pricing
The standard three-jersey builder is $26.99. Names and numbers can be customized at no additional charge. Changing the team or city identity away from the selected standard team theme is treated as a custom-identity configuration, priced at $34.99. Other made-to-order products may have different prices, shown at the time you order them.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe. Custom Project orders are priced individually after design discussion, and payment for those is handled after you've approved the design and price — see our Custom Order Policy.
Production time
Typical production time is approximately 2–3 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion or delivery date. For builder orders, the production window begins once your order is placed and approved at checkout. For Custom Projects, design discussion and approval happen first, and the production window begins once the design is approved.
Shipping
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States through standard checkout only — see our Shipping Policy for rates, carriers, and what to do if a shipment arrives damaged.
Content you submit
If you submit reference files or details for a Custom Project, you're giving us permission to use that information to review, discuss, and produce your project.
Color & material variation
On-screen colors are digital approximations. Actual filament colors may vary slightly due to display differences, filament manufacturing variation, and lighting.
Product care
These are PLA products, so they shouldn't be left in direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or other high-heat environments — heat can warp or damage PLA. They're designed primarily for tabletop or shelf display.
Team-inspired designs
3D Sports Displays creates team-inspired and sports-inspired displays using team colors and themes. We are not officially affiliated with, and these products are not officially licensed by, any professional sports league or team.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the business grows; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Questions? Email 3dsportsdisplays@gmail.com.
