Yes — names and numbers can be customized at no additional charge.

$26.99 is the standard price for the three-jersey builder using one of our selected team themes. If you change the team or city identity away from that selected theme, it's treated as a custom-identity configuration, priced at $34.99. Recoloring, renaming players, or changing numbers within a team theme doesn't trigger this.

Yes — add as many displays to your cart as you'd like, and shipping is calculated across the whole order.

You're charged at checkout, once you've reviewed and approved your configuration.

If production hasn't started yet, reasonable changes are often possible — just email us. Once production has begun, a change may require a modification fee if parts need to be redesigned or reprinted. See our Returns policy for details.

Often, yes. Submit a Custom Project with your idea (a photo, sketch, or just a description is enough to start), and we'll follow up to discuss what's possible.

Football and Basketball are our interactive builders today, but Custom Projects can cover other sports and display formats — submit your idea and we'll take it from there.

We reply to new Custom Project submissions within 1 business day.

Typically approximately 2–3 weeks once your order is placed and approved. That's an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date. For Custom Projects, that window begins once the design is approved.

Yes — every display is 3D printed to order, made in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Primarily PLA, printed in final filament colors.

No — colors come from the filament itself, not paint applied afterward.

Standard checkout ships to the contiguous 48 United States only (not Alaska or Hawaii). For other locations, email us to discuss options.

Yes — every order includes tracking, viewable on our Order Status page.

Contact us first before doing anything else, and hold on to the product, packaging, and shipping box, with photos of each. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Customized products are generally not returnable, since each one is made specifically for you.

If a name, number, spelling, city, team identity, or color was entered incorrectly, we're not able to remake it for free — please review your configuration carefully before checkout.

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

On-screen colors are digital approximations — finished filament colors may vary slightly due to display differences, filament variation, and lighting.

We'd recommend against it. PLA can warp or be damaged by direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or other high-heat environments.

These are designed primarily for tabletop or shelf display.

No. Our displays are team-inspired, using team colors and themes to reflect the team or player you choose — but 3D Sports Displays is not officially affiliated with, and these products are not officially licensed by, any professional sports league or team.
