Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Your name and email address (checkout, custom project requests, order lookup, saved-design links)
• Shipping address (collected at checkout for delivery)
• Order and customization details (colors, names, numbers, team selections, and similar configuration data for the display you designed)
• Reference files you upload with a Custom Project request (photos, sketches, PDFs)
• Anonymous analytics and session information about how the site is used

Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number or other payment-card details ourselves — that information is handled directly by Stripe.

• To process and fulfill orders, and to contact you about them
• To review, respond to, and produce Custom Project requests
• To send order confirmations, status updates, and (if requested) saved-design links
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it

We run our own first-party analytics to understand how the site is used and to run the business — we do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party trackers. When you visit, your browser is assigned a random anonymous ID (not derived from your name, email, IP address, or device) so we can tell whether the same browser has visited before; this ID carries no personal information on its own; and we never connect it to your name, email, or order once you place one.

Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Which pages you view, in what order, and roughly how long you spend on each
• Clicks on major navigation, buttons, and cards (for example, "Build Yours," a product card, or Add to Cart)
• Which team, design, and color options you interact with in the Football/Basketball builders — never the names or numbers you personalize a design with
• Cart, checkout, and purchase milestones (for example, that checkout started, and an order's total/shipping/tax/item count) — never payment details
• Referral source and campaign information (e.g. that a visit came from Instagram, Google, or a specific link), including UTM parameters if a link included them
• Approximate location (country/region/city) from our hosting provider's request data — never precise GPS and never your raw IP address
• Device category, browser, and operating system (e.g. "mobile / Safari / iOS") as general categories, not a unique device fingerprint

We intentionally do not store raw IP addresses, exact GPS coordinates, canvas/audio/font-based device fingerprints, keystrokes, form field contents, payment details, or a recording of your screen. Analytics requests are rejected outright if they appear to contain anything that looks like an email address, phone number, or street address. We also use Vercel Web Analytics as an independent, high-level check on visitor counts.

Order, cart, saved-design, and custom-project data is stored with Supabase. The site is hosted on Vercel. Once configured, order and status emails are sent through Resend.

We don't sell your information. Data is shared only with the service providers above, as needed to run the site and fulfill your order (for example, Stripe for payment processing, or a shipping carrier for delivery).
